Butcher Assist, Facility Use & Cleaning Fee
This fee is for use of the water, gas, torch, knives & cleaver, chopping block, cutting boards, table, ice, and cleaning/disinfection of the equipment and facilities, by the farm staff, after you leave.

How to Order:
Select the quanity/pounds you would like to order. Add that to the cart. The total will be an estimate since packing our product is unique to every order. After you have added all your items to your cart go to checkout. At checkout you will have the 2 options for making a deposit. We currently accept Cash or Checks.
